Twisted Easel Card

Hi there Crafters!
Today I am sharing an easel card with a twist!! These are so quick and easy to do and they just look gorgeous.

I have used the On Board Mix and Match and covered in DSP and sanded the edges to make them smooth and neat. I also used the corner rounder on opposite sides of the white and pink DSP. I then used the scallop border punch for the bottom of the card and white satin ribbin. I used the oval and scallop oval punches for the sentiment and there you have it! The beauty of these cards is that they fold flat for easy posting!
Hope you like it! xox

Upsy Daisy Bliss!

This is a gorgeous easel card I made using the SU set, Upsy Daisy (not available in the UK) and the SAB Bliss set which will retire on Feb 28th :(
I used the Lap of Luxury paper which I love and elegant eggplant ribbon. I made a gorgeous flower using pale plum and perfect plum scallops punched out, wet with the aqua painter and scruched up then glued together and finished with a gem in the middle. The sentiment is from Well Scripted (not available in UK) and I used the oval and scallop oval punches for this.
I hope you like it, have a good weekend! xox

Cowboy!

Hi there Crafty Followers!

Today I am going to share a male card using a brayer techinque (which I love), it's so effective and with little effort.

Cowboy and sentiment from Bronc Buster (retired Stampin' Up!)
Inks-summer sun and real rust and black staz on
Punch-word window
I used a large circle cutter and cut out some paper to create the sun and used removable adhesive to attatch to the card while I brayered
Sponged edges with real rust
Finished with some string tied to the edge
I hope you like it!

Welcome!

Hi there and welcome to my new blog of all things crafty! I love anything to do with craft and making beautiful projects and what's the best way to get my hard work out there for everyone to see...make a blog! I am currently trying to change the font of the header as it really doesn't compliment the rest of the blog design, but for now I will 'smile and carry on'! I hope you enjoy my posts where I will share tips and techniques with you all to enjoy.
This was from my Valentine's collection of cards. You will notice I use mostly Stampin' Up! products as I just simply LOVE THEM! Their quality is second to none and their range of products are endless and all so lovely.
Card base- Real Red
Whisper White card stock
The box and spring-Close to Cocoa (Out of the Box set-retired).
Heart-Real Red
Greeting-from Happy Heart Day set (retired)
I attatched some red ribbon behind the white card
For the inside I did lots of scoring and folding (!!) on a piece of printed paper
Hope you like! Bye for now :)
